Mhhhmmmm good coffee strong coffeeee...I get to have some... I'm on my 2nd cup now! Which will probably become obvious to you later on in this post because I tend to ramble and write really long entires when I've had caffiene.

Speaking of long entries, I've noticed that I get far less comments on my long entries then I do on my short ones. For instence, I got 6 comments for just typing the word "sunburned" and only one comment on the really long entry I wrote before that.

I think it's because people get bored with the long ones and don't read them all or comment. ..or maybe lots of people DO read it, but there's so much to comment on in a long entry that they can't decide what to comment on and skip the commenting all together.

So therefore with this long entry of random ramblings that I'm typing now I estimate will get a mere 0-2 comments, unless you all make an effort to proove me wrong and comment like crazy just to spite me....but I doubt that.

Oh well, I'm in the mood to write, so I'll have to deal with the lack of comments.

It's weird how I go through coffee phases..sometimes I crave it and drink 2 cups every day for a week, and then the thought of it makes me nausias and I won't drink any for like weeks.

I'm kind of a social coffee drinker though because I won't really drink it unless my parents make it or my friends ask me to go to a coffee shop with them. Or would that be called a LAZY coffee drinker, since i never actually make it myself? Even when I crave it, I won't make it because I figure it's not worth the trouble to make it if no one's going to drink it but myself, so then I just drink juice. I do love juice, too. Always mixed with H20, though.

Last night I told my mom I had a head ache at 10pm, and asked if she had any tylonal or something, and she handed me two tablets which I assumed were tylonal, and then I was unable to sleep till 5am and I found out today that she'd given me "Exedrin for migraines" which has some major caffiene in it. Haha...oh well, her intentions were good...and since my sister had the laptop last night instead of wasting my hours of imsomnia on-line I actually cleaned my room.

I can't believe it's the end of July...my 2nd month being jobless. I'm going to have to give in and get a minimum wage job, despite my pride.

Being broke and bored sucks...I have no money whatsoever to do anything fun on the weekends, so therefore I end up home alone watching movies and reading. I do love watching movies and reading though so I won't complain. I just miss going out and doing fun things sometimes. It stinks when you don't even have the gas money to drive yourself somewhere where you can do something fun for free.

Alright I am bored with rambling now, time to go read or watch movies or play music.

    Happy weekend to all.

I just found my cousin Austin's website at myspace.com....

(for those of you that missed my entry earlier this week, he was killed last weekend in a car wreck)

He listed one of his heros as Jesus Christ, so that obviously means he believes in Him and that I'll be seeing him in heaven one day. That gives me such peace in knowing that.

Thanks to myspace I also found out he loved the book The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe(one of my faves)Johnny Depp, and that he played guitar. Guess that must all run in the family.

It's sad that I didn't know we had all that in common before though...I guess we'll just have to wait and talk about it in heaven.

I've been crying since I found his website though, I'm so sad I didn't get to spend more time with him or see him at all the past few years since he moved to Florida.

The last memory I have of him is a few years back at christmas, we both got tired of being patted on the head and kissed by old relatives, so we escaped to his room where we played on his playstation.

At least now I know I'll see him again in heaven.

    May he rest in peace.

    Sunburned

today I slept in and then went to the pool with my mom all day, aaah it was sooo nice and relaxing...

I also started to re-read the first harry potter book, since it's been a couple of years since i read it and i wanted to read through the whole series again before the new movie comes out this winter. I <3 Harry Potter!

I also want to read through the cronicles of narnia series again before that movie comes out this winter too, it's been years since i read through that series and it's one of my faves. Definetly time to read those again.

I love reading, it's like escaping to another world where you get your mind off all your own crap and get to experience the life of someone else for a while.

Going to the library was always my favourite thing to do when I was a kid and growing up...and I wouldn't call myself a nerd, because my memory is terrible, but I think because my family moved so much ( I moved 12 times when I was between the ages of 11 and 22) that alot of times when we'd first moved somewhere and I didn't have any friends yet, the books were my friends. C.S.Lewis was very correct when he said "we read to know we're not alone".

Re-reading an old favourite book is like visiting an old friend. I love it.

According to his xanga (therainytype) Jonathan Wilson, the bass player from one of my favourite bands, Eisley, is leaving the band. How sad. On the other hand, maybe this is my big chance to join Eisley? Just kidding Amanda, I would never leave you, not even for Eisley. Although, I might convince them to let the both of us join them, if I could.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when
you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you
walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not
set you ablaze. For I am the LORD, your God, the Holy One of
    Israel, your Savior ....
