  • Here's the newspaper article describing my cousin's accident...please keep praying for my uncle, aunt and cousins Jessie, Bridget and Michelle... that God will comfort them during this hard time.


    Nassau County teens die in fiery crash


    The Florida Times-Union

    Two Nassau County 17-year-olds were killed early Sunday in a fiery crash on U.S. 301 near Bryceville, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

    Kyle Sherman Cash, of Bryceville, and Austin Keith Abernathy, of Callahan, were killed when the vehicle drifted off the road and hit several trees before catching fire.

    The Highway Patrol said Cash apparently overcorrected after drifting off the road while driving south about 2 a.m. The two were unable to get out after the vehicle caught fire.

    They were not wearing seat belts and both died at the scene, according to the Highway Patrol.

    Please pray for my family...I just found out that my cousin, Austin, who was only a teenager, was killed in a car wreck last night in Florida.  Especially pray for my aunt, uncle, and cousin Jessie.

    Our show went good tonight! Thanks to all y'all that came out to see us...especially John E, Nancy, Savannah and Daniel, who all drove along ways!

    Pics of my newly dyed hair - my sister says I'm vain because I post pictures of me on my xanga, but I don't post them because I'm vain..cuz I'm not..I post them usually whenever I dye it a new color or something..so there...meghan! :-p

     

    *gasps* not in the light, it really does look black, doesn't it?

    So...my red hair was starting to fade so I got the EXACT same color and dyed it and it ended up darker, weird. When I'm not in the light, it almost looks black..but when I'm in the light it looks really red.

     

    I'm not too worried though cuz I know it'll fade, and then it'll be the exact color I want...and then it'll fade more and I'll have to do it again .. haha..I'm such a hair color addict. But I don't care because there are far worse things one could be addicted to besides hair color...so it's all good.

     

     For now I will enjoy the darkness while it lasts.

    atticus1981:      you draw a slip out of a hat and on that slip is either the title of the song or the concept of it
    atticus1981:      then you roll a 12-sided dice
    atticus1981:      and that tells you how many tracks you're allowed to record
    atticus1981:      you stay up all night and quickly write and record as many songs as you can get through

     apparently i look younger with red hair. my age rating on matchage.com went from 17(when i was blonde) to 15(red). I can't say I mind it though..I know I'll love it when I'm 40.

    My job interview this morning went really well...it was at the physical therapy office near my house(it's so close it only took 5 minutes to get there..that'd be sooo great to work so close to home)it's a receptionist job but I think being a massage therapist will give me extra points to get the job as well because the manager said they were wanting to add massage therapy too.

     

    I won't find out if I got it till the end of next week though, so keep your fingers crossed and pray!

     

    Also, I really need to do something this week and next to make money to pay my car payment, so if you or anyone you know might like a professional massage, let me know. (I went to school for it and am a certified massage therapist) It normally cost $60-75 bucks per hour, but I will give y'all a discount and charge $50.00 for an hour massage.

     

    Let me know if you or anyone you know might be interested.

    Tonight was a blast, I met up with Nancy and Dan and Nancy treated me to a golden ticket to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! (thanks Nance, you're the best!)

     

    I liked it better than the old one, cuz it went into way more detail about willy wonka and the oompa loompa's history. And of course the fact that Johnny Depp's in it is a major plus too!

     

    Afterwords we were craving chocolate(oh how strong is the power of suggestion?!?) so Nancy treated me to the special willy wonka ice cream at the marble slab.

     

    Then we were still in a johnny depp mood so we all went back to her house and watched Edward Scissorhands. I love that movie. It's so sad, but good. And beautiful soundtrack.

     

    I have a job interview tomorrow at a courier company in kennesaw and another intervew on tuesday at a physicaly therapy office in cartersville. Please pray that both interviews go well.

    PS. This picture was inside the DVD and Dan and Nancy both said that Winona Rider looks just like me in that picture. Yeah, she got sick on picture day so they called me in, yup, that's me and Johnny Depp!! :-*

     

    The funny thing is that I really don't look anything AT ALL like Winona Rider, but that picture really does look like me, it must just be the profile at that angle or something. weird... but in a funny sort of way.
