I had a really strange dream last night...
I was by the ocean with my family and there was a huge storm coming and we were about to get on a boat, but I saw the storm coming in the horizon and grabbed my 5 year old nephews hand and told everyone I didn't think we should let him go or that any of us should go either..
they agreed with me.
Then all the sudden I was watching the dream as if it were a movie and I didn't know the people in it, but it was the same atmosphere by the ocean with the storm coming.
There was a mother and small daughter who looked about 6 or 7 on the boat and the little girl was telling the mom she thought they should get off the boat because it was sinking, and the boat was turned so that half of it were sticking up in the air and the other half in water, kinda like that scene in titanic when they climb up and hold on to the edge.
The thing was they were right next to the beach and if they let go of the boat could get to safey, but if they held on to the boat they would die. (which didn't really make sense because if they were right next to the beach seems like the water would be too shallow to sink a boat, but dreams are strange like that)
The mom wouldn't let go but the little girl kept begging her to, till the boat had almost sunk. Then the little girl turned away from her mom and to another little girl about the same age, and said "come on, jump with me"
And they jumped but all the sudden they were in space, and when they jumped they landed on a cloud and sat on it.
I woke up then.
Weird, huh?
Dreams are so interesting sometimes, I wish we could record them and play them back like movies.

okay it is road trip time!!!! August 26, 27, and 28....I will be going down to savannah for the weekend. Everyone is welcome to come. I will leave either Thursday late night or early Friday morning...We would get back sunday night. EVERYONE IS WELCOME. There are two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, screened in pourch and uncscreened in porch. Plenty of room. I figuare everyone can use it for vacation. So if you want to goto the beach do that, if you want to go shoping do that, or tour downtown historic savannah. I would love for yall to come. I think it will be alot of fun. Plus was reaseaching this awsome nondenominational church and yall can explore it with me. I do need to ask for a yes or no by Friday the 12 so I can inform my father of anything we may need. I realize alot of you will be in school, so I am willing to work with the sceduals on when we can leave. Hope yall will come!!!!
it seems that in the dream, the sea being all stormy and rough was about life's uncertainty and you didn't want your family to experience such things. in the next part, i'm thinking it's sorta along the same lines, except old people are the representations of uncertainty and them wanting to go and sink in the boat was how you feel, but the little girl represented you and wanting to get away from all the failing ideas around you. i hope you enjoy my interpretation. i really need to get moving with that dream vcr.
