Today was a really good day, which was a nice change.
I slept in and then met Nancy at my sister Samantha's house where I have an office set up and gave her a massage(I'm a professional massage therapist for those of you that don't know)
After that we ate lunch and watched Emma(oh how I love that move...a funny quote from the movie - "and then I would take it, and hold it..."
Then Nancy and I headed to pick up Dan at his work and then went on to 722(bible study) where we met up with Jeanie and Derek and also saw Leah, Lauren, Ashely and Selina.
722 tonight = awesomeness...mixed with a bit of sadness, cuz it was Louie's last night teaching. I can't believe I've been going there since I was 17....7 years. I really felt like I grew up at 722, lol. I'm gonna miss Louie.
After 722 we headed to steak n shake, and then we went to hang out with mel and dave where mel is house sitting, which was fun. We played scrabble, which I actually really love..haha...I'm such a dork. Most parents would not believe we stay up till 3am playing scrabble, but we really do. lol.
speaking of 3am, it's now almost 4am, so i'd better try to get some sleep.
Peace out my homies, peace out.

I just discovered this band and am totally in love with their music now. (which is the background music to my xanga)
Trespassers William

I also created a group for them on myspace, so if you like em, join!
“If deep, breathy dreamscapes and ethereal, mournful elegance are what you seek, you’ll find them here. ..Tears will undoubtedly follow, of joy and despair, and an overwhelming desire to dwell in this space forevermore.”
-Logo Magazine
"...it makes you feel iike you're listening to music for the first time. Yeah, the album 'different stars is that good...."
-CitizenRobot .com
"Trespassers William draft warm songs in a cold world. Dreamy melancholy ripples across the lonely stillness of this Southern California band's psychedelic folk-pop."
-M. Myers (KEXP)
_________________________________________
Standing out from the pop and punk that dominate the sunny southern california music scene from which they were founded, trespassers william create their own brand of melancholy and ethereal music more suited for quiet nights and the overcast days of thier new home in seattle.
The music is rooted in the singer-songwriter tradition with touches of indie, folk, shoegaze and dreampop.
Often compared to red house painters, lisa germano, cocteau twins, and coldplay – the band creates lush, dreamy soundscapes to house singer/songwriter anna-lynne williams' lilting vocals and haunting songs.
Formed in 1997, the band has two records:"anchor" (1999) and "different stars"(2002/03). -
Take the quiz: "Which Harry Potter Character Are You Most Like?"

Ronald Weasley
You are a funny person, who tends to be a bit stupid at times but is fun to be with. You are an average student, not getting the best grades, but you try. Good thing you have a friend like Hermione! You feel overshadowed sometimes, but you try not to let it get you down. The thing you dream of is being famous and to get away from the feeling that you are overshadowed.

...and which lesser Harry Potter character are you?
You're so different from most humans that you're an entirely different species. Still, your beliefs are unusual even for beings of your sort - although concerned with the future and the stars, you're willing to defy standard practices for the common good.
(Your moment of glory came in Sorcerer's Stone, when you saved Harry Potter from Voldemort, then told him everything he needed to know to save the Stone.) -
Blessed are the shallow
Depth they'll never find
There seemed to be some comfort
In rooms I try to hide
Exposed beyond the shadows
You take the cup from me
Your dirt removes my blindness
Your pain becomes my peace
If I was not so weak
If I was not so cold
If I was not so scared of being broken
Growing old
I would be...
I would be...
I would be...

I still haven't found a job...this is going into my third month being with out a job. If only I'd known I was going to have the whole summer off, I could've enjoyed it more.
All the money in my savings account that I was saving to move out from my parents and go on vacation to australia next year, has gone to bills. Every single penny.
Oh to be 10 years old again and not have to work and pay bills.
If only I had escaped to neverland and never grown up.
Oh the timing is cruel
Oh i need and don't want to need
More than i should - Trespassers William

I had a really strange dream last night...
I was by the ocean with my family and there was a huge storm coming and we were about to get on a boat, but I saw the storm coming in the horizon and grabbed my 5 year old nephews hand and told everyone I didn't think we should let him go or that any of us should go either..
they agreed with me.
Then all the sudden I was watching the dream as if it were a movie and I didn't know the people in it, but it was the same atmosphere by the ocean with the storm coming.
There was a mother and small daughter who looked about 6 or 7 on the boat and the little girl was telling the mom she thought they should get off the boat because it was sinking, and the boat was turned so that half of it were sticking up in the air and the other half in water, kinda like that scene in titanic when they climb up and hold on to the edge.
The thing was they were right next to the beach and if they let go of the boat could get to safey, but if they held on to the boat they would die. (which didn't really make sense because if they were right next to the beach seems like the water would be too shallow to sink a boat, but dreams are strange like that)
The mom wouldn't let go but the little girl kept begging her to, till the boat had almost sunk. Then the little girl turned away from her mom and to another little girl about the same age, and said "come on, jump with me"
And they jumped but all the sudden they were in space, and when they jumped they landed on a cloud and sat on it.
I woke up then.
Weird, huh?
Dreams are so interesting sometimes, I wish we could record them and play them back like movies. -
I love that time between night and day, dark and light...when it's not too hot or not too cold.
Tonight the sky turned a beautiful shade of blue and all the clouds were pink...it was gorgeous. I would've taken a picture had I not been driving.
Sunrises, sunsets, the ocean, snow...Things like that always make me feel closer to God.
He's the best artist ever.
I can't imagine what heaven will look like...
